The research on “Consumer Protection and Awareness Level Regarding Consumer Rights” is carried out in 2008 by cooperation between Hacettepe University Center of Consumer and Market Research Consulting Test and Education (TÜPADEM) and Consumer and Environment Education Foundation (TÜKÇEV) and the contribution of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The study is conducted over 784 people aged 18 and above, chosen based on quota sampling from the 12 representative cities of Turkey. The research report is published as a book.
